Description
SES104: Intro to yoga. this class is the introduction to the Ashtanga yoga system (a form of power yoga).
SES114: Group and Aerobic Fitness. This class is a combination of the basic fitness concepts along with all the tools you will need to restore health and get the body you want and deserve. This class is not without challenges.
SES102: Total Body Fitness. If your looking for a challenge, this class is for you. Equipped with a total body workout meant to challenge all muscle groups.
